THE DUAL BLADER ULTIMATE GUIDE

Hey everybody, as I promised,I made the ULTIMATE GUIDE FOR DUAL BLADERS! I hope you like it :D


ABILITY POINTS: AP is not a problem since Tempest update, because nowdays, most equips do not require your secondary stats, except empress equips and lvl 150 equips, but anyways, its REALLY EASY to obtain this ´´extra`` points. JUST DUMP EVERYTHING INTO LUK xD


TRAINING GUIDE: Dual Bladers are really fun to play. Well, I found it fun FOR ME. While training, you can use COMBOS. In lower levels such as 55-65, you can use the combo UPPER STAB + SLASH STORM, since monsters will take 20% EXTRA damage when you attack tem in the air. Later, when you max slash storm and get bloody storm, you will be able to LINK bloody storm to FLYING ASSAULTER. Now dats awsome c: So anyways, here is the training guide:


1-10~JOB QUESTS

10-20~RIBBON PIGS///Walk to the left till you find monsters called cool jellyfshes, nice spot to train

20-30~GOLEMS AT HENESYS

30-36~MUSHROOM KINGDOM QUESTS

36-50~From level 36-38 or 40, just keep killing Mush Kingdom monsters. From level 40-50, just go to the CD´S at kerning square, or do the Kerning Square questline (I myself didnt do it on MY Dual Blader, but I´ve tried it on another char, and I found it really boring and unseless)/ You can also go to TOY TROJANS at level 45 till lvl 50, just be sure to bring enough potions

50-60~I consider these levels the worst levels ever. But anyways, just do the LPQ (Dimmensional Crack Party Quest AKA Ludibrium PQ) or start grinding at ROBOS. Go to te last robo´s map and grind there/// MONSTER PARK is not a bad option

60-70~For Dual Bladers, grinding at MP3 in these levels is almost impossible. Just do some pyramid pq OR try grinding at MP3/Monster Park is still not a bad option ;)

70-80~Congratulations, now just do some ROMEO AND JULIET PQ and PYRAMID PQ or stick at MP3, your best option/MP....

80-100~Continue grinding at MP3/Keep doing PQs

100-120~R&J PQ or Pyramid till 110

120-135~R&J/Dragon Nest pq

135-160~Monster Park... D:/Dragon Nest PQ

160-200~Continue MPing or go to StrongHold xD


WHY SHOULD I CREATE A DUAL BLADER

Dual Bladers are just friging awsome. They are good mobbers,they have a really high avoid rate, and we dont need A LOT of funding. Our dmg is just ''decent'' without funding thought.

DUAL BLADERS are the sixth place in the DPS chart (damage per second). The top 5 are (in order): Marksman (ye, i was surprised too), Hero (wut...), Buccaneer, Mechanic and Shadower.

No time to put an SP guide, but I will do it, for sure. Its just that i think you guys have been waiting for this for a long time xD

TRAINING A DUAL BLADER

Well, some of you may know I´ve been lvling my Dual Blader. Im level 109 right now, with 76%. Planning to hit lvl 170 BEFORE hypers update :D (not possible for me, i know i know) But, anyways, Im still trying to get phantom blow skill book, already did 2 zak runs today thought :S Already got final cut ^^ thats something xD

TRAINING AT LEVEL 160/FACEBOOK PAGE!

Hey every1, sorry for my inacticity :< Second round of exams started yesterday, really busy. SO, im finally level 160, aaand with 16%. I always thought StrongHold was the lvling paradise. Ok, it IS an awsome place to level :DD I asked my guild friend,RedOsmium, level 202 Dual Blader to teleport me and another friend into SH. My other friend is lvl 164, but he has godly equips = godly dmg
Another friend joined us some minutes later, lvl 172 mercedes, and a random kaiser came up and asked to join the party. A few things you must know about sh: You must hit 100k per line to solo grind, you must have 303 potions,AND ALWAYS remember to bring some extras, you may need them. I started up with 4%, died, got revived by final feint, died when i had 16%, friend teleported me back, died again, got revived by final feint and then i had to turn off the computer c: If you are a phantom, be sure to bring Hyper Body, Holy Symbol, Advanced Blessing and a full party. Phantoms are not attackers if you are not extremely funded, so help you and your party. GUESS HOW I GOT FROM 55%-96%?! Temple of Time. I was totally wrong about that place. Considering the Silent Crusade quests exp (questline required), ToT quests and the monsters exp, its AWSOME!

Ah well, 51% already :DDD Im not able to play EMS today D: I would reach 160 if i could play today, but... ah anyways, Dual Bladers seen to be really fun, i just wanted a faster way to reach lvl 100, LOL. My guild friends killed Empress Cygnus about 2 or 3 days ago :D I dunno if you guys care for that but anyways, here is a pic c:

ALMOST THERE!

Im level 159 atm! Im really busy this week, second round of exams are coming D: What are your thoughts about HYPER SKILLS? My favourite is Phantom´s Rose Carte Finale and Dual Blader´s Azura (this skill is fking awsome). I do have a DB :D Im lvl 52 atm, planning to main him after i hit lvl 170ish on phantom. My dream is to reach lvl 160 on my dual blade BEFORE hyper skills come to EMS (:/:/:/) i know i have a LONG time, but im also a slow lvler, so i dont think its really possible, since ive always trained with HS on my phantom. Its gonna be a challenge :DD

TRAINING METHODS

Ok, each MapleStory player has a diferent way to lvl. My training method is: bossing, mping and pqing. I was SO wrong about Dragon Nest PQ. If gives decent exp for lvl 140+. I usually do 10 runs and get 30% exp. Depending on your party you can do it really fast. You cant find Monster Park tickets? Go to a random map and keep killing monsters, then cc. Kill monsters then go back to the previous channel. Keep doing that till you find some rare monsters. About bosses... some bosses are easy to kill, some can become really dificult. I can solo zakum in about 10 or 15 minutes and he gives me about 10%. For Hilla, i need someone to kill her for me, on my lvl, she gives me about 4% per run. So, to level, this is what i do:

DRAGON NEST 10 TIMES=30%
HILLA TWICE (when possible)=8%
ZAKUM ONE (when possible)= 10%
MONSTER PARK= Keep doing it till i level.

To solo zakum, you need about 30k+ range. For hilla, you need to hit 100k per line with Mille Aiguiles, thats equal to about 60k range. Also, already got 55% :DDD(lvl 158)

LEVEL 157!

Ive reached level 157 yesterday, and today i woke up at 5:30am and got home 7:00pm lol. I just need one more level, so i can use my 2x exp card with the rest of my maple points. I just need 157-158 and from 158-160 ima use exp coupon c: Simple! The only prob is reach lvl 158 and find a free day to play for 4 hours :/ Maybe next sunday :DD
